Each physical therapist independently establishes her own provider-patient relationship and each physical therapist is solely responsible for the evaluation, treatment decisions, fees charged, and professional services rendered. Nothing on this website shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or shared liability among any physical therapist and FFPT.
